Aron Pokédex Information
Aron first appeared in the game Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire which released in Japan on November 21st 2002.
Aron is a four-legged character that resembles a small dinosaur. It has a black body and pale grey legs. Across its back is a plated covering that has a hole on either side and a trapezoid shaped plate at the top. An oval plated covering extends over its head ending at a point above its nose. It eats iron ore – and sometimes railroad tracks— to build up the steel armor that protects its body.
