Rayquaza is a popular Generation III Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire which released in Japan on November 21st 2002. The first Rayquaza Pokémon card was released in 2003 as a Nintendo Promo card. To date 61 Rayquaza cards have been produced (not including alternate versions such as Reverse Holos).
