What is the Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box Release Date?
The Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer box is scheduled for release on 20th February 2026, three weeks after the launch date of this first special expansion set of the Mega Evolution expansion series. The set is designated ME2.5.
Booster Boxes are not produced for special expansion sets and Elite Trainer Boxes are one of the most popular Pokémon products for obtaining Pokémon cards for these sets. There is one single Elite Trainer Box design for this set, featuring Mega Dragonite ex. There is also Pokémon Center version of the box. Dragonite is a popular Dragon Type Pokémon and products featuring this character are highly collectible.
Regular Elite Trainer Boxes have a recommended retail price of £49.99 in the UK and $49.99 in the US. Due to extremely high demand for the Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Boxes, Pokémon Centers and many stockists sold out very quickly.
The Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box (ETB), like other ETBs, includes everything needed to play the Pokémon Trading Card game.
The box features Mega Dragonite depicted in yellow and outlined in turquoise. The background features radiating splodgy lines of purple, turquoise and green. Some are covered in different sized dots. The Ascended Heroes logo and the , last seen in the Sun and Moon series. This popular character is depicted in dark blue outlined in light blue set against a background of swirling blue areas. The Pokémon logo is featured on the side of the box.
The box measures 16.5 x 19 x 8.9 cm (6.5 x 7.5 x 3.5 inches).

The contents of the box are held in an inner box which is designed to function as a card holder once the products inside have been removed.

Pokémon Center Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box
The artwork for the Pokémon Center Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box is virtually the same as that of the regular box. The only difference is that at the bottom of the box the set logo and the Pokémon Center logo are depicted in yellow and turquoise at the bottom of the box. A stylized Pokéball is depicted on the side of the box. Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Boxes are generally £10 / $10 more expensive than their regular counterparts.
The contents of the Pokémon Center Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer box is similar to the regular box with the addition of 2 extra booster packs and an additional Promo Card.
