What is Capture Energy?
Capture Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It was first released in the Rebel Clash set of 2020 and last released in Darkness Ablaze 2020.

Capture Energy cards provide one Colorless Energy. When the user attaches the card to a Pokémon they can add a Basic Pokémon to their deck The card design features one Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Capture Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy.
Capture Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 
Energy.
When you attach this card from your hand to a Pokémon, search your deck for a Basic Pokémon and put it onto your Bench. Then, shuffle your deck.’
