Diancie is a Rock / Fairy type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon X and Y which released Worldwide in October 2013. It does not evolve.

This Pokémon is a part humanoid Pokémon that is based on a Fairy called a Carbuncle. It is said to be a mutation of a Carbink. It has a blue head with large oval pink eyes, a small mouth and nose. On its head is a headress comprised of pink crystals with a large, pink, circular jewel at the top. Its arms and body are covered with white material that resembles a long sleeved dress. It does not have legs but sits on a base that resembles a large rock. A sudden transformation of Carbink, its pink, glimmering body is said to be the loveliest sight in the whole world.

Diancie can evolve to Mega form. In this form it is bigger and heavier. Two long white ribbons flow from its headress to its base which is no longer a rock but a mass of long, pink crystals with diamond shaped jewels below.
