What is Draw Energy?
Draw Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Sun and Cosmic Eclipse set of 2019. The set has two Draw Energy cards, one in the regular set and one secret rare.

Draw Energy cards provide one Colorless Energy. When the user attaches the card to a Pokémon they can draw a card. The card design features one Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Draw Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy.

The text on the card reads:
‘This card provides 
Energy.
When you attach this card from your hand to a Pokémon, draw a card.’
