What are the Sinnoh Stars Mini Tins?
The Sinnoh Stars Mini Tins were announced in January 2022 and were released on 8th April 2022. The ancient Sinnoh region, Hisui, features in the January 2022 game Pokémon Legends Arceus.
Mini tins are released periodically. The sturdy metal mini tins are pocket-sized, measuring 7.6 x 12.4 x 2.5 cm. There are generally a range of different designs that feature a Pokémon character set against a scenic background from one of the Pokémon regions.
There are five mini tins featuring the Sinnoh region starter Pokémon Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup as well as Riolu and Munchlax.
Turtwig is joined by Luxray, Chimchar by Pachirisu, Piplup by Mime Jr, Riolu by Bidoof and Munchlax by Drifloon. All five tins depict their featured Pokémon set against a typical background from the Sinnoh region.
The tins generally retail for around £9.99 in the UK and $8.99 in the US.
What is in a Sinnoh Stars Mini Tin?
The tins are individually wrapped and the shrink wrap needs to be carefully removed to avoid the risk of damaging the artwork on the tin.
Each tin contains:
two Pokémon TCG Booster Packs – 1 x Chilling Reign and 1 x Fusion Strike
A Pokémon marker coin featuring Pikachu
A coloured card of the character featured on the front of the tin.
