What is Reversal Energy?
Reversal Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Paldea Evolved Set of 2023, when one card was released.

The Reverse Energy card provides one Colorless Energy or three of any type of Energy. The card design features three Rainbow Energy symbols.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Reverse Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy or three of any type of Energy if attached to a Pokémon that does not have a rule box.
Reversal Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 
Energy.
If you have more Prize cards remaining than your opponent, and if this card is attached to an Evolution Pokémon that doesn’t have a Rule Box (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes), this card provides every type of Energy but provides only 3 Energy at a time.’
