What is V Guard Energy?
V Guard Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Silver Tempest Set of 2022, when two cards were released.

The V Guard Energy card provides one Colorless Energy. The card design features the Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. V Guard Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy.
Regenerative Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 
Energy.
The Pokémon this card is attached to takes 30 less damage from attacks from your opponent’s Pokémon V (after applying Weakness and Resistance). This effect can’t be applied more than once at a time to the same Pokémon.’
