Seviper Pokédex Information

Seviper first appeared in the game Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire which released in Japan on November 21st 2002.

Seviper is a long snake-like Pokémon that is predominantly dark blue in colour. It is depicted with its body bunched up and has three pairs of small yellow projections where its body touches the ground. It has yellow hexagonal markings on its back and a purple scar on its front upper body. The end of its tail is shaped like a spear, one half of which is pink. Its face is yellow with purple scarring and it has two pink fangs.

Seviper shares a generations-long feud with Zangoose. The scars on its body are evidence of vicious battles. This Pokémon attacks using its sword-edged tail.
