What is Twin Energy?
Twin Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once, in the Rebel Clash set of 202. Two cards were released in that set, one regular card and one secret rare card.

Twin Energy cards provide two Colorless Energy so long as it is not attached to a Pokémon V or GX. If attached to a Pokémon V or GX then it only provides one Colorless Energy The card design features two Colorless Energy symbols.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Twin Energy Cards provide one or two Colorless Energy.

The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon that isn’t a Pokémon V or GX, it provides 
Energy.
If this card is attached to a Pokémon V or a Pokémon-GX, it provides Energy instead’
