What is Unit Energy FDF?
Unit Energy FDF is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Sun and Moon Forbidden Light set of 2018. The set has two Unit Energy FDF cards, one in the regular set and one secret rare.

Unit Energy FDF cards provide one Colorless Energy. When attached to a Pokémon it provides one of Fighting, Dark or Fairy Energy. The card design features one Colorless, Fighting, Dark and Fairy Energy symbols.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Unit Energy FDF Cards provide one Colorless Energy or one Fighting, Dark or Fairy Energy.
