What is Heat Fire Energy?
Heat Fire Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Darkness Ablaze Set of 2020.

The Heat Fire Energy card provides one Fire Energy. If attached to a Fire-type Pokémon it gains 20 HP. The card design features the Fire Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Heat Fire Energy Cards provide one Fire Energy.
